Do you make partial deliveries?

If you placed an order containing one or more items that are not immediately available, we will ship your order as soon as everything is in stock and available. This could be because the item is only available to order or is temporarily out of stock. Therefore, we will not ship it in installments. We are happy to explain how this works and how we will keep you informed of the progress. Delivery times may vary and depend on several factors.

We order from almost all our suppliers at least once a week. As soon as we've placed the order with the supplier, we'll notify you by email. After placing your order with the supplier, we usually receive it within a week. Once we receive the order, we try to process it as quickly as possible and add it to our inventory. This usually happens the same day. Once the items you ordered have been added to our inventory, they will be shipped the same day. We'll notify you immediately by email.

If we haven't received your order from our supplier after a week, we'll follow up. We'll notify you by email and contact the supplier to inquire about the issue. If we don't receive the items within a week, we'll consider them unavailable. We'll remove them from our inventory and refund your money. At that point, we'll also consult with the supplier to determine the cause. If we can resolve the issue with the supplier, the item will be returned to our inventory. You'll receive an email when the item is returned to our inventory.
