Sorry, sorry, a thousand times sorry. Satisfaction is very important to us. But sometimes even we completely miss the mark. And then you suffer the consequences. That shouldn't happen.

However, we kindly ask that you email us your complaint. We will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. Our contact information can be found at the bottom of every page in our webshop.

After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within two business days of receipt. If it requires more time, we will notify you.

If you do not appreciate this, you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP The Hague ( www.sgc.nl ).

You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European
ODR Platform ( http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ )
