How can I return a product?
We're sorry you want to return your order. There could be several reasons for this, and we want to help you!
If your product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You can also choose to return the order to us within 14 days of receipt without prior notification. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the item.
Of course, there could be another reason. We'd like to hear your reason so we can prevent this from happening in the future.

Please make sure to include a note with your details. Without this, we can't link returns to your order.
When will I get my money back?
Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after you notify us of your cancellation. If we haven't received the returned item by then, we will withhold the refund until we have received the items or until you demonstrate that the returned item has been delivered to us. If you partially return an order, we will credit you for the returned items. If you return the entire order, we will credit all items and any other costs paid to us. The credit will always be issued using the same payment method you used to pay us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
In case of warranty issues, you naturally have more time. Product warranties vary by product. We request that you report the defect to us as soon as possible after discovering it. If you have any questions about the warranty period, you can always contact us.
