I haven't received an invoice for deferred payment, what now?

If you choose the deferred payment option (BILLINK), you'll receive an invoice from Billink by email for the deferred payment. You must pay this invoice within 14 days; otherwise, you may be charged a higher amount.

If you think you haven't received an invoice or have lost it, please contact Billink at 0900 – 04000 31. They can tell you whether an invoice has been sent, to which address, etc.

Billink's information number costs €0.60 per minute, plus the usual call charges. Please note: our customer service representatives cannot help you with questions about Billink. You will always be referred to Billink for all your questions about deferred payment.
