Can I cancel my order?

In all your enthusiasm, you naturally placed an order quickly to pamper your pet as soon as possible. It's possible that you accidentally placed the wrong order. Alternatively, you might want to cancel your order for other reasons.

We'll always do our best to help you. However, you'll need our assistance. Therefore, always contact us by phone to cancel your order as soon as possible. If you don't need to cancel, you can always email us. Please note that we can only help you by phone during our opening hours. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled on weekends.

We always do our very best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, so it's possible your order is already being processed. Our warehouse staff usually work almost immediately to get your order to your friend as quickly as possible. In that case, we unfortunately can't cancel the order.
