My order is incomplete.

Don't panic! We'll briefly explain what might be wrong here.

1. Multiple packages . Orders are sometimes shipped in multiple packages. You will receive an individual Track & Trace number for each package.

2. Temporarily out of stock. It's possible that the product was out of stock when you packed your order. The packing slip you received will indicate when it will be delivered. The product is "on order" for you and will be shipped immediately upon receipt from the supplier.
