  • Which product it concerns.
  • Be as specific as possible about what is going on.
  • A photo of the product.
  • A photo of the defect or damage.
  • A photo of the barcode.
  • How you cleaned it.
  • How intensively it has already been used.
  • Did you register the item with the manufacturer if this was stated in the manual?
