Do I need to provide a reason for the return?

You are not required to contact us to return your order. You can, of course, return your order at any time without stating a reason.

However, we do appreciate it if you state why you're returning something. If you choose to send it to our postal address yourself at your own expense, we will not reimburse the return shipping costs.

If you do not return it via our website, you also have 14 days to return the order or report the return to us.

In that case, you also have 30 days after reporting the return to actually return your shipment.
