Why is there a minimum order amount?

Our packaging and shipping costs are higher (€6.95 in the Netherlands, €9.75 in Belgium). Prices on many products have been reduced to ensure fairer and more transparent pricing.

However, besides shipping costs, we also have costs associated with processing an order . These include, for example, the people who have to pack the package, the box to ship it in, and printing the packing slip. Naturally, we don't charge for these costs. Orders under €25 are therefore no longer viable. The handling costs would then be disproportionately high. We would lose money on that. That's why we've introduced a minimum order amount.
