When can I expect my order?

The delivery of your order can be affected by several factors. The expected delivery date is indicated on the product itself, in your shopping cart, and in your confirmation email. You can also check it via your account. By logging in to the website, you can find your order's track & trace code. If you contact us about your delivery, always include your order number. Orders containing items that are not immediately available from stock will have a different delivery time. here more about how this works.

If ordered before 5:00 PM, the following delivery times apply.

  • Ordered Monday > delivered Tuesday
  • Ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Wednesday
  • Ordered on Wednesday, delivered on Thursday
  • Ordered on Thursday > Delivered on Friday
  • Ordered Friday > delivered Saturday
  • Ordered on Saturday, delivered on Monday
  • Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Tuesday

Please note: Some products, such as biocides, have a modified delivery time. Always check the product page for this.

The current delivery time is stated on the page of each product.

If you're not home when your order is delivered, it will usually be offered a second time or left with a neighbor. If this is the case, you'll often receive a note from the delivery person directly. If your order is frozen, it won't be offered again.

You are expected to be home to receive the frozen food.

You'll also receive a Track & Trace email from the courier service, allowing you to track your order. Delivery may be delayed or delivered to a neighbor due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact customer service.

If you ordered through a platform like Bol.com or Amazon, the delivery times listed on that platform apply. These may differ from the delivery times shown on our website.
