When will I get my money back if I returned something?

Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after you notify us of your cancellation. If we haven't received the returned item by then, we will withhold the refund until we have received the items or until you demonstrate that the returned item has been delivered to us. If you partially return an order, we will credit you for the returned items. If you return the entire order, we will credit all items and any other costs paid to us. The credit will always be issued using the same payment method you used to pay us.

In case of warranty issues, you naturally have more time. Product warranties vary by product. Please report the defect to us as soon as possible after discovering it. For questions about the warranty period, please feel free to contact us.

Refunds are processed by Shopify Pay / Stripe.
