Aurotrap Nature

AuroTrap Nature is an innovative Danish rat and mouse trap that guarantees humane and poison-free rodent control.

The trap is built into a plastic box and can function independently, with or without a ground spike, or be mounted on the wall.

The steel box is weatherproof and is locked with a corresponding key to prevent injury to other animals or people.

When a rat or mouse enters the trap, a CO2 cartridge is activated, which then activates a piston that kills the animal using compressed air.

How does it work?

1. Rodents are attracted to the trap by a non-toxic bait and the specially designed entrance, which attracts both rats and mice.
2. The sensors in the trap detect when a rat or mouse enters the trap and kill the animal quickly, safely and humanely using a pneumatic piston.
3. The trap sends data to the online platform about the battery control and status, CO2 level, signal strength, temperature and the number of rodents eliminated.
4. The trap automatically prepares for the next catch. Each CO2 cartridge contains enough compressed air to kill approximately 80 rats or mice.
5. All captures are made without secondary poisoning of other animals. The killed rodents are collected or removed by other predators.

Intelligent pest management

The AuroTrap system collects various data that is automatically sent to a server that can be accessed from both a smartphone and a computer.

The collected data includes the trap number, location of the trap, trapped rat, trapped mouse, date and time, battery level, compressed air level, and other information. Each trap is a self-contained, unplugged unit that can kill up to 80 rodents before the CO2 cartridge needs to be replaced. The battery life is approximately six years. The AuroTrap system automatically sends a notification when maintenance, CO2 cartridge replacement, or battery replacement is required.

Each individual AuroTrap device can easily connect to the server via the mobile phone's GPS once set up.

The online system provides 24/7 access to instant statistics, with the latest data automatically recorded for the individual fall.

When a rodent enters the trap, a notification is automatically sent to the system. By analyzing and using this data, many unnecessary service visits and unnecessary trips are avoided.
