Nema-t-bag phasma (1st) slugs

Nema T-bag Phasma is a mixture of nematodes. These are microscopic roundworms that live in the soil. They are natural enemies of slugs.

These nematodes can be used to control snails. Snail larvae are hidden in the soil, and the nematodes penetrate the snail larvae and release bacteria that stun and kill them within 2 to 3 days. They feed on the dead larvae and reproduce inside them. After 2 to 6 weeks, new nematodes emerge and resume their activities, continuing their work for as long as there are snails.

Nematodes are an ecological and efficient pest control method that is non-toxic to humans or animals and harmless to plants. The more nematodes spread, the more effective they are. Overdosing is not harmful.

Thanks to a unique patented technology, the nematodes in this package live in cryptobiosis, a phase in which they do not move or use oxygen. They can survive in this physiological state for at least six months, even without refrigeration. By dissolving the bag of nematodes in lukewarm water, they become active again after a few hours. Nematodes are a biological control agent that is also approved for organic farming.

Instructions for use
Correct conditions:
- the nematodes can be used at a soil temperature from 10°C (15°C is ideal)
- dissolve the nematodes in water to ensure they can be distributed properly
- spray the nematode solution preferably in the evening, in cloudy or rainy weather
- never spray in bright sunlight
- the ideal treatment period is from April to October
- for optimal effect, moisten the soil before treatment

Method:
- place the bag with nematodes in the Luxan Nema T-pot or in another sprayer
- add lukewarm water and stir well
- connect the sprinkler to the garden hose
- spray the affected areas in the garden for 7 to 10 minutes
- for smaller surfaces you can also use a watering can or a pressure sprayer
- keep the area where the nematodes have been applied moist for 2 weeks
- the nema T-bag can easily be thrown on the compost heap or disposed of with the green waste after use

Contents
1 T-bag containing nematodes is sufficient to treat 50 m² of ornamental or vegetable garden.
